Renewal Agreement

1. Introduction

THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES A BINDING CONTRACT ON YOU AND Shot Short, AND GOVERNS USE OF AND ACCESS TO Shot Short SERVICES BY YOU, AGENTS AND END-USERS WHETHER IN CONNECTION WITH A PAID OR FREE TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION TO THE SERVICES.
Thanks for using Shot Short ( Shot Short, "we", "us", "our"). By accepting this agreement, either by accessing or using a service, or authorizing or permitting any agent or end-user to access or use a service, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization or another legal entity (an "entity"), you are agreeing to this agreement for that entity and representing to Shot Short that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to this agreement, in which case the terms "subscriber", "you", "your" or a related term herein shall refer to such entity and its affiliates. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with this agreement, you must not accept this agreement and may not use any of the services.

2. Service Description

2.1 The Services under this Agreement refer to the recharge platform services of Shot Short. Specifically, Shot Short provides a platform where Users can recharge for products or services for themselves or others.
2.2 Certain online services (such as games or value-added telecommunication services) may incur fees, which will be clearly stated on the relevant pages. Users who do not agree to these charges may choose not to use these services.
2.3 Users understand that Shot Short only provides the online service. Any related equipment or associated costs are the responsibility of the user.

3. Subscriptions

3.1 Based on subscriber's needs to enjoy the services without interruption and automatically renew the subscriptions, when you subscribe to content, you irrevocably authorize us to automatically charge you for the next subscription period before the end of the current billing period, on a recurring basis. By providing your payment details in your payment account in conjunction with the subscription, you agree to this charge using such payment details. Subscriptions can be charged weekly, monthly, annually, or another period, and you may choose one of the billing periods provided by Shot Short.
3.2 Once your subscription has been successfully charged, you are deemed to have accepted the price of the Service; After subscription, the Service becomes effective immediately.
3.3 Subscriptions are automatically charged from your payment account at the beginning of each billing period. Subscriber shall be responsible for the failure of automatic renewal caused by the lack of balance in the payment account aforementioned.
3.4 The Subscription Content provided to you by Shot Short is only available to you for use in Shot Short applications and affiliated platforms. Any malicious and illegal activities in order to separate the subscription content from its provider, Shot Short, are not included in the services set forth in this Agreement. Shot Short reserves the right to periodically verify that your use of the Shot Short services complies with the agreement. If Shot Short discovers that your use of a Shot Short service is not in compliance with this agreement, Shot Short will charge you with the responsibility, and you hereby are liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the said activities.

4. Usage Rules

4.1 Users must be the account holder for the payment method linked, ensuring they haven't infringed on any third-party rights.
4.2 Recharges must be done via methods specified by Shot Short. If users recharge using unauthorized systems or illicit methods, Shot Short holds no responsibility for compensation.
4.3 Once a recharge is successful, it's deemed complete. Refunds or changes will not be entertained unless the product/service is unusable.
4.4 When using the recharge system, users must double-check their account details. Errors due to user mistakes or misunderstandings are the responsibility of the user.
4.5 Violations of Shot Short's user agreement or this recharge agreement may result in account suspension without any compensation.

5. Rights and Duties of Both Parties

5.1 Shot Short provides you with the methods of checking your auto-renewal subscription orders, but is not responsible for the delivery of the invoices to you.
5.2 If Shot Short charges you the fees for the next billing period through the member's account mentioned above successfully, the deducted amount will be credited to the member's payment record on the same day of the deduction and the membership validity period will be extended at the same time accordingly. Once the deduction is successful, Shot Short has the right to collect the fee instantly and does not provide refund services.
5.3 If there is an error in the charge process, Shot Short and you should fully cooperate with each other to identify the cause and bear the losses caused by their own faults. If the losses are caused by the two parties unequally, the two parties shall bear the corresponding responsibilities according to the degree of fault. If losses are caused due to common faults between the two parties but they cannot distinguish their faults, the two parties share equal responsibility.
5.4 Shot Short may change or modify the relevant service contents, rules and terms of this agreement in accordance with its business development or technological upgrades, etc., and Shot Short will notify the users of the relevant changes or modifications through publicing on the relevant pages of the application or website, e.g., we'll provide you with prominent notice as appropriate under the circumstances, but is not liable for notifying users separately. If you do not agree with this, you must not accept this agreement and not use any of the services. If you do not agree with new changes, you may choose not to continue or terminate your use of Shot Short. Your continued use of Shot Short services after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
5.5 You can choose whether to cancel the service or not. If you choose not to cancel, it is deemed that you agree to Shot Short's attempts to charge you for the next billing period in accordance with certain rules. Once the charge is successful, Shot Short will renew your subscription for the next billing period.
5.6 If the service price changes before/at the time of automatic renewals, the current effective price shall prevail.
5.7 Shot Short has the right to change the price for its services, and change the price and billing period for the paid subscriptions according to business needs or market changes, etc., and will notify you of any price changes through publicity on the relevant pages.
5.8 The Member understands and agrees that authorizing Shot Short the withholding authority for automatic recharging of the subscriptions will be regarded as the member's own act of recharging. If the member suffers any loss as a result of this, the member will not claim any rights or pursue any responsibility from Shot Short and its affiliates.

6. Term and Termination

6.1 This agreement will be effective after you choose to accept the agreement or use the service, and will terminate when you terminate the service or cancel the subscription.
6.2 You have the right to terminate the service at any time in the account settings. Shot Short will stop providing the service for you after the termination.
6.3 If you cancel your payment or paid subscription and/or terminate any of the service before the end of the current subscription period, we will not refund any subscription fees already paid to us.

7. Liability for Breach of Agreement

If one party breaches the agreement, the other party has the right to obtain compensation through the dispute settlement method agreed by both parties.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

You and Shot Short agree to use good faith efforts to resolve any dispute that relates to or arises in connection with the agreement.
